01 / Who we areWhat this covers.

This policy applies to stratavex.net and its subpaths (the product overview pages and contact form). It does not cover separate product applications hosted on other domains — those services publish their own privacy terms. If you reach us by email at hello@stratavex.net, that correspondence is handled under this policy.

02 / DataWhat we collect.

• Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are delivered to us by email at hello@stratavex.net so we can reply.
• Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and roughly where traffic comes from. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build a profile of you across sites. See Cloudflare's documentation for details.
• Server access logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics. We do not use these logs for marketing.

We do not set our own cookies on this site. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers.

03 / PurposeWhy we collect it.

• To respond to you. Contact details and message content are used only to answer your inquiry and follow up on the engagement you described.
• To understand traffic. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages are read and what is being shared, so we can improve the site.
• To keep the site reliable and secure. Server logs let our hosting provider mitigate abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce rate limits.

04 / RetentionHow long we keep it.

Contact emails are retained in our inbox for as long as the conversation remains relevant, typically up to two years, then deleted on a periodic sweep. Aggregate analytics are stored by Cloudflare according to their published retention windows; we do not download or warehouse this data. Server access logs are retained by Cloudflare per their defaults and are not exported to any other system.

05 / VendorsWho else touches it.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which processes requests to deliver the page. Inbound email is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a personal mailbox at Google (Gmail). These providers act as processors for the limited purposes described above and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

06 / RightsYour choices.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a request to hello@stratavex.net and we will respond within a reasonable time. Because we do not maintain user accounts or marketing lists, in most cases the only record we have is the contact thread you started.

07 / ChangesUpdates to this policy.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted in plain language. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
